I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral from Heidi Anns Flower Shop. I am always a little leery of ordering something from a website I don't know. The specific arrangement I ordered was not available, but instead of just sending something different, they took the time to call me!!! Very impressed with that. I think many flower shops would have simply sent something else and I would never know. Kudos to Heidi Anns Flower shop. I would not hesitate to order from them again. They were great!!!

I had heard the flowers were beautiful but I had noticed an error in the address at the funeral home. I then tried to reach the florist numerous times that evening and the message said the machine was being monitored and someone would be calling me back. I never received a call that evening and I was concerned. I eventually had to call the funeral home because of this and I was able to straighten that out. They said that they knew Heidi and the flowers will get there.I did get calls the next day from the Heidi but I was at work so I could not speak to anyone. I was a little upset that evening because I actually had to call the funeral home and was not able to speak to someone from the florist. But I did hear my flowers were beautiful and it all worked out. Thank you Catheleen

I have been meaning to call Heidi Anns flower shop since the flowers were delivered and am glad to have this opportunity to give you that feedback. I was so pleased that someone took the time to write out my lengthy message without abbreviating it! Whoever wrote the note for me must have known the Minnie Riperton song I quoted; it was perfect!
